Approval of the minutes from the regular meeting on April 16, 2026. Planning ☐ PUBLIC HEARINGS: A. Case 2026-13: Request to amend the Planned Unit Development (PUD) at 1740 E Sherman Blvd for a new drive-thru restaurant building, by Shamrock Coffee, Inc. Planning ☐ UNFINISHED BUSINESS: A. 2026 Goal Setting Planning ☐ NEW BUSINESS: A.
