The Vision 2025 working document builds upon previously established priorities of the Board by
creating three overarching goals:

infrastructure needs, long-term focused shoreline management, and integrated groundwater
management;
2 - Empowering the Delivery of Consistent and Exemplary Public Service - which includes high
performing strategic organization, well informed and engaged public and staff, and streamlined,
efficient public works services, and
3 - Facilitating Collaboration to Address Community-wide Regional Issues - with collaboration to identify
housing needs and develop solutions.
The Vision 2025 working document establishes results through an implementation chart with projected
dates and staff responsibilities for each objective.
