Currently the ordinance states that a masonry fence is required when it “adjoins” a residential use. ACTION ITEMS  Motion to support City Council previous action: o Temporary suspension of the Form Based Code (not to exceed five months) to handle critical revisions ADMINISTRATIVE TRAINING ITEMS FOR FUTURE DISCUSSION ADJOURN All persons residing within the area served by the City of Naples are HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Naples Planning and Zoning Commission will meet on the Tuesday following the second Thursday of each month at 7:30pm.
