Public Hearing to discuss the proposed rezoning of approximately .27 acres, located at 424 Greenwood Ave., Nash, TX, legally described as Greenwood Addn (Nash), Lot 1, 2025-12464 12/18/25, BLK/TRACT 3, from Residential (R1) to Residential (R2) Zoning District.
