Minutes of the Board of Assessors Meeting of May 15, 2014 A meeting of the Board of Assessors was held on Thursday, May 15, 2014 in Room 208, 2nd floor of City Hall. The meeting was called to order at 8:15 AM by Chair Dominic D’Antoni. Members Present: Dominic D’Antoni Robert Earley Daniel Gagnon Assessing Staff Present: Angelo Marino Andrew LeMay Cheryl Walley Minutes of the Meeting: The minutes for the meeting held on May 1, 2014 were approved. Abatement Requests Presented: A complete list of abatements presented is available in the Assessor’s Office. Appointments: none Staff Items: The Board members were presented with the Tax Collector’s warrant for the July, 2014 taxes to be collected and three warrants for Timber Tax for wood cut on the following Maps and Lots: A/995, H/157, and one warrant for all the following: 71/2, 71/4, 127/135, 62/239, 62/240 and 62/241.
