In attendance: Cail Bellavance, Tammy Crisp, CharlieMatthews, Stacy Baxter, Brenda Baron Absent: Rosalie McQuaid, Marilyn Solomon, Carolyn Mortellaro, Jen McCormack, Mary Ann Melizzi-Golja Secretary’s Report: Motion to accept by Charlie Matthews, seconded by Brenda Baron. Approved Treasurer’s Report: Motion to accept by Stacy Baxter, seconded by Charlie Matthews. Approved. Administrator’s Report: Motion to accept by Tammy Crisp, seconded by Brenda Baron. Approved * Need clarification on amount of maintenance Parks and Rec dept. are responsible for. * Board will continue to obtain landscaping quotes. * Cail will contact Nashua Flooring for kitchen flooring project. Old Business: * Front doors- position clarified for restoration New Business: *Motion by Cail Bellavance to approve up to $5000 for marketing The Hunt Memorial Building for Bridal Package promotion and other events.
