In attendance: Cail Bellavance, Tammy Crisp, Charlie Matthews, Stacy Baxter, Carolyn Mortellaro, Mary Ann Melizzi-Golja, Amy Deroche, Jen McCormack via phone. Absent: Brenda Baron, Rosalie McQuaid,Marilyn Solomon Secretary’s Report: Tabled until September meeting Treasurer’s Report: Tabled until September meeting Administrator’s Report: Tabled until September meeting Old Business: Landscaping on hold until spring. Kitchen flooring completed New Business: *Welcome to new Administrator Amy Deroche! *Door project: motion by Tammy Crisp to approve up to $9000 for the cost of a contract with Cram Ferguson to provide drawings and specifications for the restoration of the front doors. Seconded by Charlie Matthews. All in favor. Approved. * Discussion to change next regular meeting to Wed, September 9th, 5:00pm Board agrees to new date.
