The Hunt Memorial Building 6 Main St., Nashua New Hampshire 03064 __________________________________________________________ Hunt Board of Trustees regular meeting: Oct 14 , 2015 Called to order: 5:12 p.m. Jen McCormack presided: Secretary Stacy Baxter recorded. In attendance: Jen McCormack, Tammy Crisp, Charlie Matthews, Rosalie McQuaid, Stacy Baxter, Mary Ann Melizzi-Golja. Also present: Amy DeRoche, administrator Absent: Cail Bellavance, Marilyn Solomon, Brenda Baron. Secretary’s Report: Motion to accept June/August/September minutes by Charlie Matthews, seconded by Stacy Baxter. Approved. Treasurer’s Report: Motion to accept September/October reports by Charlie Mat- thews, seconded by Tammy Crisp. Approved. Administrator’s Report: Motion to accept by Rosalie McQuaid seconded by Tam- my Crisp. Approved. * The board discussed the possibility of using monies from the renovation fund to repair leaks in the building. Old Business: * New Business: * The Hunt Building is on the Symphony House tour and we will discuss details of timing at a future date along with the possibility of offering cof- fee/cookies. * Motion to host downtown merchants and stroll committee after the close of the Festival of Trees event made by Tammy Crisp, seconded by Rosalie McQuaid.
