Nashua Local Emergency Planning Committee Donations Management Workshop March 27th, 2026 10 am- 12 pm Rivier University Dion Reception Center 420 S Main St, Nashua, NH 03060 Agenda: ● 10 AM -10:15 AM: Networking & Breakfast ●​ Light breakfast in the Dion Reception Center ● 10:15 AM: Welcome ~ Emily Martuscello, Director of Emergency Management ●​ LEPC Overview - Nashua does regional meetings with different topics to bring together private and public sectors ●​ Today’s topic is Donations Management to introduce and provide feedback on Nashua’s Donations Management Plan, as well as understand our partners capabilities and gaps ●​ Go over agenda and bathroom locations ● 10:20 AM -10:30 AM: Donations Management Plan Overview and Basics ●​ Plan activation threshold - activation is incident-based, not hazard-based, and may occur for fires, severe weather, infrastructure failures, or other emergencies at the discretion of OEM ●​ Partners can reach out to OEM to activate the Plan based on trends or situations they are seeing ●​ Alerting procedure -visual provided on email and text alert received from Genasys ● 10:30 AM -12:00 PM: Disaster Scenario: Donations Plan Activation ●​ Discussed the partners in the room’s capabilities regarding types of donations accepted and services they can provide ●​ Ran through the scenario and case management worksheet to cover the needs of those displaced in the scenario ○​ Partners completed the Donations Management Capability Form in real time ●​ Takeaways regarding other agencies/partners to reach out to and specific messaging that is needed for certain items
