MINUTES SPECIAL MEETING BOARD OF MAYOR AND BURGESSES MARCH 25, 2013 1. Mayor Robert Mezzo called the special meeting to order at 6:25 p.m. with the following in attendance: BURGESSES: PRESS: T. K. Rossi L. Jackson, absent None M. Bronko R. Neth, absent R. Burns R. San Angelo M. Ciacciarella, absent P. Scully, Sr. RESIDENTS: C. Ernsky, absent None DEPARTMENT HEADS: C. Edson 2. Mayor Mezzo led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. 3. VOTED: Unanimously on a motion by Deputy Mayor Rossi and seconded by Burgess Burns that the Board of Mayor and Burgesses authorize Mayor Robert Mezzo and Controller Wayne McAllister to execute all contracts and related documents for a CT JAG Grant to receive $34,635 for Police Video Technology as recommended by Police Chief Christopher Edson. 4. VOTED: Unanimously on a motion by Deputy Mayor Rossi and seconded by Burgess Scully to adjourn the meeting at 6:30 p.m. A digital recording of this meeting is not available in the office of the Borough Clerk for further review.
