Mayor N. Warren “Pete” Hess will declare the Public Hearing open at p.m. 2. Mayor Hess will announce that the Public Hearing is to discuss the proposed repeal and amendment to the Naugatuck Sewers and Sewage Disposal Ordinance. Legal Notice of this hearing has been published in the Republican American Newspaper on February 4, 2024. Mayor Hess will state there will be a recording of the Public Hearing and everyone will be given an opportunity to speak.
