Discussion and possible action on reconstructing 2nd St. including sanitary sewer and watermain from Patton Street to Prospect Avenue, by possibly utilizing TID 3 funds. 7. Discussion and possible action on providing a Public Works credit card to Derek Freeman as Lead Operator of the wastewater plant. 8. Discussion and possible action on evaluating ownership and next steps for the property located on the North-Side triangle at the wastewater plant. 9.
