Discussion and possible action on approving a sidewalk repair proposal with Safe Step for sidewalk maintenance for 2025. 4. Discussion and possible action on mailing a newsletter to all residents on best practices on Fats-Oils & Grease and educate our citizens on correct ways to dispose of hygiene products. Also, a separate letter will be sent to all business owners, schools, and churches and require inspections and maintenance of grease traps. 5. Discussion and possible action on approving Vierbicher to proceed with bidding the construction plans for the reconstruction of 2nd Street from Patton to Prospect for the 2025 construction season. 6. Discussion and possible action on approving Precision Grading and Utilities to proceed with replacing 3 – 8” water valves and one hydrant. 7. Discussion and possible action on approving Precision Grading and Utilities to proceed with using a bulldozer and backhoe to grade the compost area at the city property in the industrial park. 8. Discussion and possible action on Purchasing one new 72” Bobcat mower and one new 48” Bobcat mower. 9. Discussion and possible action on moving forward with construction of a fishing pier and shoreline stabilization in 2025. It is possible that the members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting other than the Common Council.  10. Discussion and possible action on purchasing 20 trees for planting in the street boulevards this spring. 11.
