STAFF REPORT A) Z-21-004 Hold a public hearing and consider a request 21-321 for a variance to Section 3.3-2(b)(1)(v) to allow a proposed addition to encroach up to 7.5 feet into the required 20-foot rear setback in the “R-2” Single and Two-Family District, addressed at 554 W. Mill Street. B) Z-21-005 Hold a public hearing and consider a request 21-322 for a variance to Section 3.3-9(b)(2)(ii) and Section 3.3-9(b)(2)(iii) to: 1) allow a proposed addition to encroach up to 5 feet into the required 25-foot front setback and 2) allow a proposed addition to encroach up to 10 feet into the required 20-foot rear setback in the “C-3” Commercial District, addressed at 133 E.
