B) ZB21-0002 Hold a public hearing and consider a request 21-697 for two variances to Sections 3.3-2(b)(1)(ii) and 3.3-2(b) (v) to allow a proposed dwelling to 1) encroach up to 5 feet into the required 25-foot front setback and 2) encroach up to 15 feet into the required 20-foot rear setback in the “R-2” Single and Two-Family District, addressed at 1020 Cole Avenue. 5.
