Tom Wibert, Chief of Police D) Approval of a professional services contract with M & S Engineers, Inc. for preparation of fiber engineering design plans to allow for expansion of the City’s existing fiber network and approval of the issuance of an invitation for competitive sealed proposals since the City Council finds that this delivery method will provide the best value to the City.
