A) Approval of a budget amendment in the 2011 Certificates of Obligation
Fund.

B) Approval to authorize the City Manager to execute Interlocal
Cooperative Purchasing Agreements with the City of Grand Prairie in
accordance with Texas Government Code 791, Texas Interlocal
Cooperation Act.

of Runway 1735 at the New Braunfels Regional Airport at a cost of

A) Discuss and consider approval of the appointment of three regular and
two alternate members to the Zoning Board of Adjustment for terms
ending May 31, 2022.

C) Discuss and consider approval of a resolution accepting the gift of a
Ford Transit delivery van for use by the public library for library services
from the New Braunfels Public Library Foundation, Inc.

D) Discuss and consider approval of a resolution in support of proposed
state legislation that creates an exception in the law that will allow the
City of New Braunfels City Council to approve the creation of a
cemetery within the corporate limits of the City; and requesting that

F) Public hearing and first reading of an ordinance regarding the proposed
rezoning to apply a Special Use Permit to allow the short term rental of
both dwelling units in a two-family structure in the C-3 Commercial
District, addressed at 1643 and 1645 McQueeney Road.

G) Public hearing and possible direction to staff regarding funding
recommendations for the CDBG-CV Grant Program utilizing a special
allocation of funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development, and the associated CARES Act Substantial Amendment
to the approved CDBG Program Year 2019 Annual Action Plan to
incorporate CDBV-CV funding.

6. EXECUTIVE SESSIONS
In accordance with Texas Government Code, Subchapter D, the City Council may convene in a
closed session to discuss any of the following items; any final action or vote taken will be in
public.
A) Deliberate issues regarding economic development negotiations in
accordance with Section 551.087, of the Texas Government Code,
including but not limited to:

NOTE: The City Council reserves the right to retire into executive session concerning any of
the items listed on this Agenda whenever it is considered necessary and legally justified under
