A) Deliberate the appointment, evaluation, duties, discipline, 21-1502 or removal of the City Manager in accordance with Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code. B) Deliberate issues regarding economic development 21-1530 negotiations in accordance with section 551.087 of the Texas Government Code.
