CALL TO ORDER

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE & SALUTE TO THE TEXAS FLAG
1. WORKSHOP
A) Presentation and possible direction on proposed policies and
procedures for obtaining and applying offsets and credits against
roadway impact fees, current roadway impact fee policy and status of
the roadway impact fee update.

B) Presentation, discussion, and possible action regarding sidewalks,
small lot single-family detached residential zoning districts, and planned
developments.

2. EXECUTIVE SESSION
In accordance with Texas Government Code, Subchapter D, the City Council may convene in a
closed session to discuss any of the following items; any final action or vote taken will be in
public.
A) Deliberate and consider the purchase of, exchange, lease or value of
real property, in accordance with Section 551.072, of the Texas
Government Code, including but not limited to:
· acquisition of 151.43 acres located at southeast corner of FM 1044

and Klein Road legally known as 151.43 acres out of the Sarah Dewitt
Survey No. 48, Abstract No. 103 in Guadalupe County for a project
related to recreational or community facilities.
B) Deliberate issues regarding economic development negotiations in
accordance with Section 551.087, of the Texas Government Code,
including but not limited to:
· Project New Balance
NOTE: The City Council reserves the right to retire into executive session concerning any of
the items listed on this Agenda whenever it is considered necessary and legally justified under
the Open Meetings Act (Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code).
3. RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSION AND TAKE ANY NECESSARY ACTION
RELATING TO THE EXECUTIVE SESSION AS DESCRIBED ABOVE.
