1. WORKSHOP
A) Public hearing on the proposed tax rate for the City of New Braunfels
for tax year 2018, and announce the meeting date and time of adoption.

B) Public hearing on the FY 2018-19 Operating Budget and Plan of
Municipal Services.

C) Discuss and consider approval of a resolution establishing legislative
priority recommendations to the Texas Municipal League for the
upcoming 2019 Legislative Session.

D) Discuss and consider approval of a resolution recommended by the
New Braunfels Economic Development Corporation for a project
expenditure of up to $500,000 to US Real Estate Limited Partnership
I-35 Logistics, LLC, for construction of required or suitable infrastructure
necessary to promote or develop new or expanded enterprises.
