A) Deliberate pending/contemplated litigation, settlement 21-752 offer(s), and matters concerning privileged and unprivileged client information deemed confidential by Rule 1.05 of the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct in accordance with Section 551.071, of the Texas Government Code, specifically: · State Comptroller’s rule amending the Texas Administrative Code, Section 3.334, relating to Local Sales and Use Taxes; · Rafael Marfil, et al. v. City of New Braunfels. B) Deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value of 21-776 real estate in accordance with Section 551.072 of the Texas Governme n t Code; and, Deliberate pending/contemplated litigation, settlement offers, and matters related to privileged and unprivileged client information deemed confidential by Rule 1.05 of the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct in accordance with Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code, specifically · ROW Encroachment and Billboards NOTE: The City Council reserves the right to retire into executive session concerning any of the items listed on this Agenda whenever it is considered necessary and legally justified under the Open Meetings Act (Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code). 3.
