REGULAR MEETING OF MONDAY, OCTOBER 18, 2021
AGENDA
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Brockman called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.
CALL OF ROLL: CITY SECRETARY
Present 7 - Mayor Rusty Brockman, Councilmember Shane Hines, Mayor
Pro Tem Justin Meadows, Councilmember Harry Bowers,
Councilmember Lawrence Spradley, Councilmember Jason
Hurta, and Councilmember James E. Blakey
1. PROCLAMATION
A)
Mayor Brockman presented the proclamation.
2. INDIVIDUAL ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION
A)
Consider the appointment of ten members to the Redistricting Committee
Mayor Brockman read the aforementioned caption.
Caitlin Krobot presented this item.
Councilmember Hines moved to appoint Rob Smith, Sherry Harrison,
and Kim Lanette Farlow as the three at-large members of the
Redistricting Committee. Councilmember Bowers seconded the
motion which passed unanimously.
Councilmember Hurta moved to appoint the following ten members to
the Redistricting Committee: Meg Guerra, Andres Campos-Delgado,
Christopher Willis, Atanacio Campos, Jan Hogue, Wayne Peters, Stuart
Hansmann, Rob Smith, Sherry Harrison, and Kim Lanette Farlow.
Councilmember Spradley seconded the motion which passed
unanimously.

NOTE: The City Council reserves the right to retire into executive session
concerning any of the items listed on this Agenda whenever it is considered
necessary and legally justified under the Open Meetings Act (Chapter 551 of the
Texas Government Code).
4. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Brockman adjourned the meeting at 4:12 p.m.
