CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Brockman called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
CALL OF ROLL: CITY SECRETARY
Present 6 - Mayor Rusty Brockman, Councilmember Andres Campos,
Councilmember Christopher Willis, Mayor Pro Tem Harry
Bowers, Councilmember Lawrence Spradley, and
Councilmember Jason Hurta
Absent 1 - Councilmember James Blakey
INVOCATION: COUNCILMEMBER HURTA
Councilmember Hurta provided the Invocation.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE & SALUTE TO THE TEXAS FLAG
Mayor Brockman led the Pledge of Allegiance and Salute to the Texas
Flag.
1. WORKSHOP
A) Public input on projects under consideration for the proposed 2023
Bond Program.
Mayor Brockman read the aforementioned item.
Garry Ford presented this item with preliminary remarks and opened
the floor for public input.
The following individuals spoke at this time: Ron Reeves, Austin
Buck, Jane Miller, Amy Stone, Jackie Russell, Tim Barker, Peter
Landerman, Derek D., Tom Jones, Robing Golden, Joe Turner, Tom
Blagg, and Wayne Rudolph.
B) Presentation, discussion and possible direction to staff regarding the
proposed 2023 Bond Program.
Mayor Brockman read the aforementioned item.
Garry Ford presented this item providing a PowerPoint and addressed
Monday, December 5, 2022 New Braunfels City Council - Special Regular Meeting
questions from council.
2. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Brockman adjourned at 7:09 p.m.
