This time is for citizens to address the Historic Landmark Commission on issues and items of
concerns not on this agenda. There will be no Historic Landmark Commission action at this
time.
5. INDIVIDUAL ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION
A) Discuss and consider case HIST19-334, an application for a Certificate
of Alteration to demolish the structures located on the property currently
addressed at 173, 189, and 207 E. San Antonio Street, located in the
Downtown Historic District.

B) Discuss and consider case HIST19-345, an application for a Demolition
Permit to demolish approximately 275,695 square feet of the existing
approximately 331,056 square foot complex located at the property
currently addressed as 550 Porter Street.

C) Discuss and consider case HIST19-347, request for a conceptual
review of a proposed new construction project on the property currently
addressed as 173, 189, and 207 E. San Antonio Street, which is
located in the Downtown Historic District.
