INDIVIDUAL ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION A) HST20-080 Discuss and consider a recommendation to City Council regarding a request for rehabilitation tax credit from the property owner of the designated landmark located at 1072 Church Hill Drive, known as the Eickenroht House. Caleb Gasparek, Assistant Planner B) HST20-084 Discuss and consider a recommendation to the Texas Historical Commission on applications for the National Register of Historic Places designation for the property located at 1135 Mission Valley Road, to be known as the Mission Valley School and Teacherage, and for the property located at 142 Hueco Springs Loop Road, to be known as the Pape-Borchers Homestead.
