INDIVIDUAL ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION A) HLC Case # HST22-365: Public hearing and 22-1237 consideration for a Certificate of Alteration for the replacement of wood siding/trim with Hardi siding and the replacement of two non-original windows with French doors at the rear of the property located at 404 S Academy. B) HLC Case # HST22-367: Public hearing and 22-1236 consideration for a Certificate of Alteration for the redevelopment of the site located at 210 S.
