A) Approval of the regular HLC meeting minutes from 22-1400
October 19, 2022
4. CITIZENS' COMMUNICATIONS
This time is for citizens to address the Historic Landmark Commission on issues and items of
concerns not on this agenda. There will be no Historic Landmark Commission action at this
time.
5. INDIVIDUAL ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION
A) HLC Case HST22-460: Public hearing to discuss and 22-1448
consider a potential local historic landmark designation
for the property located at 380 Napoleon Street in
response to a demolition review request.
B) HLC Case HST22-464: Public hearing and consideration 22-1469
for a Certificate of Alteration to install string lights in the
alley between the Brauntex Theater located at 290 W
San Antonio and the adjacent New Braunfels Railroad
Museum, both of which are local historic landmarks and
located in the Downtown Historic District.
C) Staff update regarding changes to the process for 22-1478
adopting bylaws and requesting the HLC instead
recommend changes to the Historic Preservation
ordinance to reflect what would have been included in
the draft bylaws.
D) Discuss and consider changing the day and time of the 22-1505
HLC regular meetings
