B) HLC Case HST23-123: Public hearing and consideration 23-356 for a Certificate of Alteration to replace the existing asphalt shingle roof with a standing seam metal roof on the main house located at 589 Magazine, located in the Sophienburg Hill Historic District. C) HLC Case HST23-129: Public hearing and consideration 23-382 for a Certificate of Alteration to install two exterior wall sconces on the commercial building located at 277 W San Antonio, located in the Downtown Historic District. D) HLC Case HST23-134: Public hearing and consideration 23-395 for a Certificate of Alteration to modify an existing rear addition, add signage and an outdoor patio at the Faust Hotel located at 240 S Seguin.
