B) HLC Case HST23-242: Determine whether the structure 23-810 located at 115 N Union meets the historic landmark eligibility criteria in response to a demolition review request. C) HLC Case HST23-219: Public hearing and consideration 23-674 for a Certificate of Alteration to add a cover over a previously approved balcony at the property located at 209 W San Antonio located in the Downtown Historic District. D) HLC Case HST23-241: Public hearing and consideration 23-809 for a Certificate of Alteration to demolish an existing accessory structure and construct a new attached carport and two-story accessory structure located at 476 S Academy, located in the Sophienburg Hill Historic District.
