HLC Case HST23-314: Discuss and consider a 23-1050 Certificate of Alteration to install a projecting sign on the building located at 189 N Seguin Avenue, located in the Downtown Historic District. HLC Case HST23-346: Discuss and consider a 23-1067 Certificate of Alteration to install two (2) wall signs on the building at 111 W San Antonio, located in the Downtown Historic District. 6.
