APPROVAL OF MINUTES A) Approval of the October 10, 2023, regular meeting 23-1382 minutes. 4. CITIZENS' COMMUNICATIONS This time is for citizens to address the Historic Landmark Commission on issues and items of concerns not on this agenda. There will be no Historic Landmark Commission action at this time. 5. INDIVIDUAL ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION A) HLC Case RP2023-3052: Determine whether the 23-1507 structure located at 1471 W San Antonio meets the historic landmark eligibility criteria in response to a House Move Permit request. B) HLC Case HST23-415: Discuss and consider a 23-1381 Certificate of Alteration to move the structure known as the Braschler House at 240 S Kowald, a RTHL property, to 1370 Churchill, a locally designated historic property. C) HLC Case HST23-446: Discuss and consider a 23-1480 Certificate of Alteration to repair the front porch, install new columns, and add railings to the main house at 367 S Academy, located in the Sophienburg Hill historic district. D) HLC Case HST23-449: Discuss and consider a 23-1486 Certificate of Alteration to remove an awning and paint a mural on the Hill Street facing side of the building located at 297/299 W San Antonio, located in the Downtown Historic District.
