INDIVIDUAL ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION A) HLC Case HST24-173: Discuss and consider a 24-725 Certificate of Alteration to perform several exterior alterations to the property at 150 S Seguin, located in the Downtown Historic District. B) HLC Case HST24-176: Discuss and consider a 24-726 Certificate of Alteration to demolish an existing addition and build a new addition at 165 E Zink, a locally designated landmark. C) HLC Case HST24-188: Discuss and consider a 24-749 Certificate of Alteration to permanently remove a canvas awning from the building at 264 W San Antonio, located in the Downtown Historic District. 6. STAFF REPORT/UPDATES A) Preservation Month 2024 Recap 24-772 B) Discuss Certificate of Alteration requests to possibly 24-773 include in the new LDO that are eligible for administrative approval by staff. 7.
