APPROVAL OF MINUTES A) Approval of the minutes of the April 14, 2022 22-673 Transportation and Traffic Advisory Board meeting. 4. CITIZENS' COMMUNICATIONS This time is for citizens to address the Transportation and Traffic Advisory Board on issues and items of concerns not on this agenda. There will be no Transportation and Traffic Advisory Board action at this time. 5. PRESENTATIONS A) Presentation on the City of New Braunfels requirements 22-714 and process for the authorization and installation of traffic control devices. B) Presentation and discussion on the results of the Avery 22-670 Parkway Traffic Study. 6. CONSENT ITEMS All items listed below are considered to be routine and non-controversial by the Transportation and Traffic Advisory Board and will be approved by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Board member or citizen so requests, in which case the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered as part of the normal order of business. A) Update on items previously considered by the 22-788 Transportation and Traffic Advisory Board. B) Approval of a recommendation to City Council to restrict 22-700 parking on Hill Avenue. 7. B) Discuss and consider a recommendation to City Council 22-800 to restrict parking on Red River Lane and a portion of Cherokee Boulevard. C) Discuss and consider a recommendation to City Council 22-701 to restrict parking on Loop 337 Ramp between Loop 337 and Church Hill Drive. D) Discuss and consider a recommendation to City Council 22-695 to install speed humps on Old Marion Road/S Mesquite Avenue between Camellia Lane and Rolling Valley Drive. E) Discuss and consider a recommendation to City Council 22-708 to install an all-way stop at the intersection of S Plum Avenue and Cross Street and at the intersection of S Plum Avenue and Lee Street. F) Discuss and consider a recommendation to City Council 22-707 to amend Parking by Permit Area K. 8.
