APPROVAL OF MINUTES A) Approval of the minutes of the August 11, 2022 22-1326 Transportation and Traffic Advisory Board meeting. 4. CITIZENS' COMMUNICATIONS This time is for citizens to address the Transportation and Traffic Advisory Board on issues and items of concerns not on this agenda. There will be no Transportation and Traffic Advisory Board action at this time. 5. PRESENTATIONS A) Presentation and discussion on the Proposed 2023 Bond 22-1362 Program B) Presentation, discussion, and possible direction to staff 22-1341 on a recommendation to City Council to restrict parking on Spur Street. 6. CONSENT ITEMS All items listed below are considered to be routine and non-controversial by the Transportation and Traffic Advisory Board and will be approved by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Board member or citizen so requests, in which case the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered as part of the normal order of business. A) Update on items previously considered by the 22-1327 Transportation and Traffic Advisory Board. 7. INDIVIDUAL ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION A) Discuss and consider a recommendation to City Council 22-1320 to install an all-way stop at the intersection of Pahmeyer Rd and Rain Dance.
