The request of Reed Oil Company to consolidate/revise some of it properties located at 511 Montgomery Avenue. Currently there are seven tax parcels. Reed Oil wishes to revise the current property line configuration into two parcels. Proposed Lot 1 would contain the bulk of the property which would include the storage tanks, offices and distribution facilities. Proposed Lot 2 would encompass the convenience store and fueling pumps. This provides the advantage of separating the two uses currently on the property. The distribution facilities being and industrial use while the store and gas pumps are more of a commercial use. In addition, the current parcel lines are random in nature and do not make sense with the current operations. The property is located in the M-2 Heavy Industrial District of the Seventh Ward. III.
