R-2025-032 Authorization to expend $31,000.00 to pay the invoice from the Lawrence County District Attorney's Office for year two of the Flock Camera Service and to split the cost of the Flock Gunshot Detection. 3. R-2025-033 Authorization to expend $48,882.00 to purchase a 2025 Ford Interceptor Cruiser for the New Castle Police Department. 4. R-2025-034 Authorization to expend $13,790.00 to upfit a 2025 Ford Interceptor Cruiser for the New Castle Police Department. 5. R-2025-035 Authorization to expend $2,172.00 to purchase and install emergency lighting to Unit 49 for the New Castle Police Department. 6. R-2025-036 Authorization to deposit the proceeds into the New Castle Police Department Forfeiture Funds Account from the sale of five (5) New Castle Police Department vehicles via Municibid. 7. R-2025-037 Authorizing the individuals designated by the City Charter to enter into an agreement, approved by the City Solicitor, with Public Consulting Group LLC for an Ambulance Feasibility Study for the New Castle Fire Department for $3,500.00. 8.
