CITY OF HENDERSON PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING AGENDA Tuesday, July 14, 2026 Council Chambers 6:00 AM 240 S. The Chair reserves the right to hear agenda items out of order, combine two or more agenda items for consideration, remove an item from the agenda, or delay discussion relating to an item on the agenda at any time. Public comment will be taken on each agenda item as it is heard, with the exception of Consent Agenda items, which will receive public comment if an item has been requested to be pulled for comment or discussion. Public comment will also be taken during the designated Public Comment period. Individuals will be limited to three (3) minutes and spokespersons for a group will be limited to ten (10) minutes at the discretion of the Chair. The Chair reserves the right to curtail abusive, offensive, inflammatory, or repetitive comments that disrupt, disturb, or otherwise impede the orderly conduct of the meeting. See NRS 241.030(4)(a). Examples of disruptive conduct include, without limitation, yelling, stamping of feet, whistles, applause, heckling, name calling, use of profanity, personal attacks, intimidation, threats, or any other comments intended to impede the meeting or infringe on the rights of the Henderson Planning Commission, City staff, or meeting participants. The Planning Commission's recommendation on agenda items addressing comprehensive plan amendments, zone changes, development agreements, vacations, and any other applications on the agenda that are combined with those items, are forwarded to the City Council for review and decision. All other items will receive final action by the Planning Commission unless otherwise noted. Appeals of final decisions by Planning Commission must be submitted to the Director of Community Development and Services within nine (9) calendar days of the notice of final action to the City Clerk. If the ninth day falls on a City-observed holiday or a City Hall non-business day, the appeal period is extended to the next regular City working day. Appeals of final decisions will be forwarded to City Council for consideration.
