AGENDA PUBLIC HEARINGS PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of New Hartford, Oneida County, New York, will hold a Public Hearing at the Town of New Hartford Municipal Offices, 8635 Clinton Street (at The Orchards), New Hartford, New York, on Monday, March 17, 2025 to commence at 6:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as reached in the regular course of business, to address the following: The application of Mr. Steven Czupryna, 220 Fairway Drive, New Hartford, New York. Mr. Czupryna is proposing to construct a 32 ½’ x 22’+ addition to the left side of his existing home. Zoning in this area is Low Density Residential which requires a 15’ side yard setback.
