AGENDA PUBLIC HEARINGS PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of New Hartford, Oneida County, New York, will hold a Public Hearing at the Town of New Hartford Municipal Offices, 8635 Clinton Street (at The Orchards), New Hartford, New York, on Monday, May 18, 2026 to commence at 6:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as reached in the regular course of business, to address the following: The application of Mr. Luke Emrich, 32 Homestead Road West, Clinton, New York (Town of New Hartford). Mr. Emrich would like to construct a 13’x18’+ open air pool house with a 6’x11’+ enclosed pool storage utility. There shall be no more than two accessory structures on a residential lot. The applicant has two existing accessory structures and this would be a third structure, thus, the request for a variance for the third structure. Tax Map #316.003-1-19; Zoning: Low Density Residential. The application of Mr. Nathaniel Rowe, 3491 Oneida Street, Chadwicks, New York. Mr. Rowe has two existing accessory structures and wants to add a third structure which would require a variance to construct this third structure (pool house/cold storage 25’ x 25’+).
