Williams Tabled the bands due to a booking of Bernadette, Kathryn and her Lonely Days at the amount of $1,750 by Lynette Ruffi. Parks and Recreation Committee did not have knowledge of this band, did not agree nor motioned as the opening band for the Red, Hot and Blue festival nor approved in the amount of $1,750 .
