CITY OF NEW MEADOWS SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES HELD WEDNESDAY, JULY 23, 2025, AT 6:30 P.M. CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 101 SOUTH COMMERCIAL STREET, NEW MEADOWS Roll Call Present at City Hall were Mayor Julie Good and Council Members Traci Foster, Shiloh Ryker, and Josh Carr. Council Member Jeff Parnett was excused. Staff present at City Hall was Kyla Gardner. Mayor Good opened the meeting at 6:35 P.M. City Clerk Kyla Gardner did roll call. Discussion Items FY 25/25 Budget Workshop Mayor Good and City Council Members reviewed the proposed budget for the 25/26 Fiscal Year.
