Updates from Ulster County Legislator Eve Walter 4. Conference rooms in Village Hall are no longer open to the public. There will, however, be a rushed, special meeting of the Affordable Housing Board held in Village Hall, which was called to try to quickly place an applicant in one of the last affordable units available at Zero Place. Due to the sensitive nature of the application process, the AHB meeting will be held in executive session. 5. Discuss the possibility of renting our soon to be former 3-bay fire station garage at 25 Plattekill Ave is 50x50 (2500 sf) with 14' ceilings. The space is water/sewer ready.
