NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the EDA will hold a Special Closed Meeting pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 13D.04, subdivision 2 on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, commencing at 7:30 a.m., at City Hall, 118 Central Avenue North, New Prague, Minnesota, for the following purpose: 1. CLOSED SESSION: Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 13D.05, subd. 3(c)(1) & (3) to conduct a closed session concerning the following real properties: PIN No. 24.124.0060 & 24.124.0050 To determine the asking price and to consider strategies to develop or consider offers or counteroffers for the purchase of the properties and to review confidential appraisal information for such properties. 2.
