SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA (CLOSED AND OPEN) City of New Prague Monday, July 01, 2024 at 6:05 PM City Hall Council Chambers - 118 Central Ave N NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of New Prague City Council will hold a Special City Council Meeting pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.04, subdivision 2 on Monday, July 1, 2024, commencing at 6:05 p.m., or as soon as possible after the Regular City Council Meeting, at City Hall, 118 Central Avenue North, New Prague, Minnesota for the following purposes: 1. CLOSED MEETING: Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.05, subdivision 2(b), to conduct a closed meeting (the meeting must be open at the request of the individual who is the subject of the meeting) for preliminary consideration of allegations or charges against an individual subject to the City Council's authority, Mr. Dale Odenthal. 2. OPEN MEETING: a. City Council’s discussion of possible action resulting from the discussion during the closed session of the meeting; b.
