Mayor Nickolay called the Closed meeting to order at 7:36 p.m
PRESENT
Mayor Charles Nickolay
Councilmember Maggie Bass
Councilmember Bruce Wolf
Councilmember Shawn Ryan
Councilmember Rik Seiler
Staff present: City Administrator Joshua Tetzlaff, Community Development Director Ken Ondich, Finance
Director Robin Pikal and Public Works Director Matt Rynda.
L CLOSED SESSION: Went into Closed session at 7:36 p.m. to conduct a closed City Council meeting to
determine the asking price and to consider strategies and to develop or consider offers or counteroffers for
the purchase of the following property and to review confidential appraisal information for such properties:

2 ADJOURNMENT
Motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:51p.m.
Motion made by Councilmember Seiler, Seconded by Mayor Nickolay.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council will hold a Special Closed Meeting pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes Section 13D.04, subdivision 2 on Monday, April 20, 2026, commencing at 6:05
p.m., or immediately following the regularly scheduled City Council meeting, at City Hall, 118 Central
Avenue North, New Prague, Minnesota, for the following purpose:
1. CLOSED SESSION: Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 13D.05, subd. 3(c)(1) & (3) to conduct a closed
session concerning the following real properties:
PID No. 24.057.0050
To determine the asking price and to consider strategies and to develop or consider offers or counteroffers
for the purchase of the property and to review confidential appraisal information for such property.
