Council Work Session – June 8th, 2022 Members Present Staff Present Others Present Gail Schmidt Anthony Martens-City Administrator Chad Neitzel Loren Skelton Jason Casey Jody Wynnemer Members Absent None The meeting was called to order by Mayor Gail Schmidt at 6:00 p.m. Roll Call - All members present (Chad Neitzel arrived at 6:05) 1. City of New Richland Nuisance Ordinance – Tabled 2. City of New Richland Personnel Policy a. Council members worked through the personnel policy with Administrator Martens and created a list of changes, and additions that will need to be made along with working through a new PTO plan to combine sick and vacation b. Administrator Martens will incorporate those changes and additions and ask the council to approve the personnel policy manual at a later date.
