New Richland City Council Regular Meeting Minutes January 3rd, 2023 Members Present Staff Present Others Present Gail Schmidt Anthony Martens-City Administrator Chad Neitzel Loren Skelton Jason Casey Members Absent Jody Wynnemer The meeting was called to order by Mayor Gail Schmidt at 7:30 a.m. Roll Call - All members present except for Jody Wynnemer Approval of Agenda • Motion made by Chad Neitzel and seconded by Loren Skelton to approve the agenda as amended. Carried (3 yes, 0 no) 1. Motion made by Loren Skelton and seconded by Chad Neitzel to accept the resignation of the City Administrator. 2. Motion made by Loren Skelton and seconded by Chad Neitzel to post the position of City Administrator on our own with the League of MN Cities and locally with the first review of applications to take place on Monday January 9th at 12:00 pm with a report to the council at the City Council Meeting.
