Community Open House Thursday, March 28, 2024 at 5:30 PM New Richmond Fire Station 106 South Arch Avenue The City of New Richmond and Willow River Lakes, LLC will host an informational meeting to review a proposed preliminary plat of a new development known as Francois Fields. Representatives from Willow River Lakes, LLC will give a short presentation, and then be available to answer questions. The purpose of the meeting is to provide the neighborhood with an opportunity to learn more about the project, ask questions and provide feedback. Notice of the public informational meeting has been mailed to property owners within 200 feet of the proposed preliminary plat, and posted here. All are welcome to attend. The property is located south of State Highway 64, with a parcel identification number of 261-1281-00-201. The zoning designation is Z2 Sub- Urban District. The proposed subdivision application consists of 25 single family lots, and 72 twin home lots (36 buildings), for a total of 97 lots. Please see the enclosed map. The City of New Richmond Plan Commission will formally consider the application at a public hearing on Thursday, April 4, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. at the New Richmond Civic Center; 156 East 1st Street, New Richmond, WI 54017.
