Neighborhood Meeting Lakeside Flats Monday, July 1, 2024 at 5:30 PM Council Chambers 156 East First Street Firm Ground Architects and the City of New Richmond will host an informational meeting to review a proposed Site Plan and Stormwater Application for Lakeside Flats. Representatives from Firm Ground Architects will give a short presentation, and then be available to answer questions. The purpose of the meeting is to provide the neighborhood with an opportunity to learn more about the project, ask questions and provide feedback. Notice of the public informational meeting has been mailed to property owners within 200 feet of the proposed site. All are welcome to attend. Please Note: It is possible that a majority of the Plan Commission and City Council may be present for the meeting. The proposed development is located east of North Knowles Avenue, and north of Sawmill Lane, and includes PIDs: 261-1012-10-000, 261-1012-20-000, 261-1012-60-000 and 261-1012-50-000. The applicant seeks to build a 103-unit apartment building. Please see the enclosed map. The primary access point is at the intersection of North Knowles Avenue and North 4th Street; the intersection will be upgraded to a full 4-way signalized intersection. The second access point is to Sawmill Lane; Sawmill Lane will be gated, with access for emergency services only.
