ADJOURNMENT  Police and Fire Commission Meeting Minutes Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at 6:00 PM Council Chambers The Police and Fire Commission of the City of New Richmond was called to order on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at 6:00 PM, in the Council Chambers, with the following members present: PRESENT: Kirk Lindell, Jon Hailey, Andrea Kier, Michael Hedges ABSENT: Jorden Aufderhar OTHERS James Kalny (virtual), Kevin Sandstrom (virtual), Steve Weld (virtual), Noah PRESENT: Wiedenfeld, Robin Haffner CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by President Hailey at 6:00 PM. ROLL CALL ADOPTION OF AGENDA Andrea Kier made a motion to adopt the Agenda. Michael Hedges seconded the motion. Carried unanimously. APPROVAL OF MINUTES MINUTES FROM DATE APRIL 25, 2023. Kirk Lindell made a motion to approve the Minutes from date April 25, 2023. Michael Hedges seconded the motion. Carried unanimously. COMMENCEMENT OF HEARING BEFORE THE COMMISSION BEFORE THE NEW RICHMOND POLICE AND FIRE COMMISSION _______________________________________________________________________________ City Administrator Noah Wiedenfeld Charging Party, Vs Robin Haffner Charged Party Police and Fire Commission Meeting May 16, 2023 _______________________________________________________________________________ The New Richmond Board of Police and Fire Commissioners will, pursuant to Wis. Stat. Section 62.13(5)(d) and the New Richmond Board of Police and Fire Commissioners Rules of Procedures, convene the hearing in the above-entitled to set date for the evidentiary hearing and consider other matters of scheduling. SERVICE OF THE CHARGES The Police and Fire Commission confirmed the serving of the Charges to Robin Haffner on May 1, 2023. REVIEW OF PROPOSED SCHEDULING The proposed scheduling previously agreed upon by counsel was reviewed without objection. SET DATE FOR HEARING Andrea Kier made a motion to Adjourn the Evidentiary Hearing until August 16th, 2023 at 9:00 AM at which time the evidentiary hearing will commence. May 17th and 18th at 9:00 AM will also be reserved for the evidentiary hearing if needed. Kirk Lindell seconded the motion. Carried unanimously. ADJOURNMENT The meeting was adjourned at 6:16 PM.
